Top-dressing is applying a thin layer of nutrient-rich soils to an existing lawn. It is a technique that is used on well-established, existing lawns in addition to regularly applying high quality lawn fertilizer.
Over time, soil can become compact and loose nutrients, resulting in uneven surfaces, bald patches, or stunted grass growth
We can also apply grass seed at the same time to fill in thin patches and get a thicker, healthier lawn
